The most challenging thing about love is how it links our happiness to the happiness of those we love and emotions are as contagious as infectious diseases and yes, this does concern everyone but my focus is on women because I'm all about that girl power...lmao.

Women are the backbone of the society, foundation of a sky scrapper, we are sisters, mothers, leaders, daughters. We are everywhere and everyone. So imagine, a leader, a mother, who isn't happy with herself. Disaster!

How do we help them though? By focusing on our own happiness. In this way, we unconsciously make those around us happier. Don't focus on their unhappiness. Let them wallow in that pain, so they can find their way. Don't leave them though, stand by them.

If we solve every problem for the ones we love, how will they learn to solve the problems themselves? Suffering is necessary for growth.
